Despite freezing rain making things a bit slippery earlier in the week, kids at Harry Camsell School took advantage of the warmer weather to make the most of playing outside Friday afternoon on Jan. 16.
In addition to building snow forts and sliding down small hills on their backs and bellies, students horsed around on monkey bars, slides and swings for the duration of their lunch recess.
“Playing outside is the best part of the day,” said kindergartener Breanne Campbell. “I like the slide best.”
