Wilfred Buggins, 66, made his first court appearance on Feb. 8 at the Yellowknife Territorial Court. According to Shannon Smallwood, crown prosecutor, the matter was adjured until May 31, for Buggins to be spoken to. Judge Bernadette Schmaltz made the decision, but it is unknown as to who will be overseeing the proceedings.
